IIsaiah Austin has had one of the most interesting journeys to playing pro basketball. From a retina tear in middle school that ultimately left him blind in his right eye, to being the #3 High School player in the nation, to a shoulder injury after his freshman year to being diagnosed with Marfan Syndrome just says before the 2014 NBA Draft.
It’s been a little over two years since that diagnosis that has kept him from playing professional sports. After close monitoring, his doctor has cleared him to play the game he loves once again.

NNBA Rookie Chris McCullough had an unfortunate turn of events when he tore his ACL during his freshmen year at Syracuse. Being a top ranked player in high school, he continued to enter his name in the 2015 NBA Draft and was drafted in the 1st round to the Brooklyn Nets. The Bronx native is the first player from New York to join the Brooklyn Nets. Follow his journey as he shows an exclusive look at his workouts at the Nets practice facility, along with a trip up north to Washington Heights to watch the infamous Dyckman league!

IIn Episode 5, Dwight Howard (Houston Rockets) visits Portland on a road trip during the season. He stops at a Juvenile detention center to talk and encourage the kids. Dwight also opens up about his back surgery, his response to being called “Soft” for smiling too much and shows his overall love of life and basketball.
TThe NBA Playoffs have officially started! Los Angeles kicked off the matchup between the Portland Trailblazers and LA Clippers. The Clippers took control of the game and took home with win 115-95. Stay tuned to see who advances! Check out some of the pics below:
SShaqir O’Neal – the son of Shaunie and Shaq O’Neal – just turned 13 and had an epic birthday party! Shaunie threw another amazing event, including everything from a red carpet, candy bar, endless pizza, photobooth and celebrity guest performer! The guest list included hundreds of friends and family, all of which was being captured for a new reality show coming out! Metro Boomin, who is most known for producing tracks for rapper Future, was the guest DJ and had the crowd going crazy. Check out the photos below! Happy Birthday Shaqir!
II spent the last 2 weeks in Serbia and had an amazing time! (more updates coming soon!) While I was there, I had the opportunity to connect with Tamara Rakic for Svet Sport on RTS. RTS is the oldest and largest national television network in Serbia. The studio, located in downtown Belgrade, was amazing! They filmed and edited the interview very fast and I was able to see myself on TV while I was there! It was an amazing feeling being able to make an impact across the world – especially in the country my family came from! I got to talk about being part Serbian, how I started taking pics in the Drew League, working with Stephen Curry at all star weekend, filming Quincy Miller in Serbia and talking about my Thru The Lens web series!

IIn Episode 4, we take you on a journey of one of the biggest rising stars in the NBA today – Andre Drummond. So many have seen his amazing skills on the court but his personality and work ethic off the court is also something great! Spending more than 2 months over the summer in Santa Barbara, CA; Cassy Athena follows Andre through a day in the offseason. Andre show’s how he practices his techniques and focuses on the mechanics of his body through training and technology. He also shows his competitive-ness with another sport he dominates at – bowling! Andre is no beginner – with his highest score being almost a perfect 300, he’s tough competition at the bowling lanes as well!
SShareef O’Neal – the son of Shaquille and Shaunie O’Neal – celebrated his 16th birthday in style! The amazing party took place at Unici Casa in Los Angeles and included everything from a candy bar, photo booth, In-N-Out and Pizza truck, Red Carpet and Cupcake tower. Shareef is known for his basketball skills and many of his fellow basketball friends were there to celebrate with him. Master P, Snoop Dogg and Diddy’s kids were there to support. The guest performer was Post “White Iverson” Malone and the song got everyone jumpin’! The final celebration included two amazing gifts from Shareef’s parents – a brand new Jeep and Lamborghini!
